ii. Saves residents time and money
iii. Inspires residents to participate
TWO - Welcome and listen to resident’s submissions for:
a. Encourage diverse development aspirations
b. Are there zoning, rezoning, and spot rezoning requests
THREE - Enact minimum lot sizes and zone uses that are right for a 21st century Palerang
a. Welcome needed economic and social investment
b. Improve community wellbeing and wherewithal by enhancing equitable rights or values
c. Make environmental and ecological scale affordable
d. Make it possible to share a rural lifestyle or commence a sustainable farming enterprise with more people
FOUR - Enact Averaging provisions to have better agricultural, community, ecological and economic outcomes
a. Make eco-village developments possible
b. Make more sustainably maintainable lot proportions for broadacre agriculture and rural landscape available
c. Make it possible for individuals to be able to afford to enter agricultural persuits for the first time
